A new chapter in hybrid-remote teamwork
The new era of remote work will pave the way for countless teams — many of whom have never met in person — to create magic together.
But magic is not just about creating great work. It encompasses everything amazing that happens when teams come together, whether it’s collaborating on a design file, chatting in the daily standup, or bonding during the Friday happy hour.
We believe that hybrid-remote work can empower people and teams to be extraordinary in ways that the old way of work never could. But in order to do so, we need to think beyond the office. It’s not about replicating traditional office dynamics in a virtual setting, but instead creating a new kind of space for people to meet in ways that make them feel more creative, energized, and connected.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that Around is entering a new phase, one in which we’re expanding our focus to include different ways for remote teams to come together and create magic.
In addition to our signature collaborative meeting experience, we’ve added a new Vibe feature that allows teams to bond with curated backgrounds and music, as well as a new Play feature that lets teams recharge by playing a game together. You can read more about these features here.
